In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the service, repair, refurbishment, and maintenance of all camera-related electronics for our prestigious clients.
What you’ll do:
- Diagnose, service, repair and maintain a variety of camera-related electronics, including cameras, lenses, and accessories.
- Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Provide technical support to clients, both internal and external, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through to job completion by collaborating with all internal departments.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Proven experience in servicing, repairing, and troubleshooting electronic equipment, particularly cameras and related accessories, preferably in the Film & TV industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.
