The Role:
We are searching for an experienced IT and Help Desk Manager to join our London-based team.
In this role, you will lead cross-regional technology operations, service delivery and project delivery across Panavision’s EMEA region. Working closely with our global corporate IT team, you’ll ensure our infrastructure, help desk, cyber security practices and core systems support a fast-moving production-services business across multiple locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance strategic planning with practical delivery, build strong stakeholder relationships, and keep teams, vendors and projects moving to agreed standards.
To succeed in this role, you’ll be organised, accountable and delivery-focused, with the ability to prioritise effectively, communicate clearly and work collaboratively with global IT colleagues and business stakeholders.
The role follows a standard business schedule, with regular evening or weekend work when required and occasional international or overnight travel.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading EMEA IT operations, infrastructure and technology projects across multiple locations.
- Managing global help desk support across multiple time zones, ticket queue activity and service-level delivery.
- Overseeing Network Operations Centre (NOC) monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting and timely resolution of service issues.
- Partnering with corporate IT, application development and Information Security (InfoSec) teams to maintain global architecture, cyber security and governance standards.
- Coordinating maintenance, upgrades, backups, downtime planning and platform lifecycle activity.
- Overseeing IT asset management, operational documentation, policies, vendors and supplier relationships.
- Preparing budgets, investment cases and operating plans to support evolving regional business needs.
- Leading, developing and engaging the EMEA IT team across the UK, France and South Africa.
- Significant IT management experience, including leading teams, projects, vendors and budgets in a mid-sized or larger enterprise environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online and Windows Server.
- Experience overseeing cloud and hosted environments, networking, cyber security, endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM) and remote support tools.
- Confidence leading lean, cross-regional help desk functions and guiding teams and vendors to deliver reliable service.
- Strong planning, budget management, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across regional and global teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, equivalent experience, or relevant Microsoft and technical certifications would be advantageous.
