Security Officer - Panavision London

The Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team in Greenford, London!

You'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our multiple sites through proactive monitoring, access control, and emergency response.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively monitor security systems (CCTV, access control) and respond to alerts.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage access control procedures and issue temporary passes.
• Respond to emergencies, including fire alarms and medical incidents.
• Report incidents and maintain detailed records.
• Supporting the Shipping & Receiving Department with collections, when necessary.
• Covering the reception desk, when necessary.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role with valid security training and first aid certification.
• Experience in a similar multi-site environment.
• Experience using security technologies (CCTV, access control).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Team player with a commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Flexibility for working a rotational shift pattern, including weekends and night shifts.
