The Role:
We're looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our scheduling team as an Equipment Resource Coordinator in Greenford, London!

In this role, you'll be responsible for the efficient allocation and delivery of our equipment, working closely with internal and external teams to meet global rental demands.

Your primary focus will be to ensure that Panavision rental items are scheduled, sourced, and supplied locally, regionally, and globally, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery for all our customers. 
You'll collaborate extensively with our Rental, Sales, Inventory, and technical departments, as well as Branch Transfer and Rental teams in other offices. 

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Master our scheduling system to maximise efficiency and ensure timely fulfilment of critical rental requests worldwide.
  • Coordinate daily freight requirements, ensuring compliance with security protocols and managing customs documentation for global shipments.
  • Proactively identify and resolve equipment shortfalls, leveraging resources to find innovative solutions and predict future needs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external suppliers to secure essential sub-rentals cost-effectively.
  • Work closely with our Rental, Sales, Inventory, and technical teams, as well as international branches, to pre-empt issues and ensure smooth operations.
